A new system put into service on August 2

From Monday August 2, 2021, all vehicles circulating on 4 lines of the LiA network are 100% accessible to cyclists thanks to racks and bicycle arms. Le Havre Seine Métropole is one of the first communities in France to adopt this system.

The 4 lines concerned are:

  • Line 11: Montivilliers Gare <> Etainhus – St-Romain station
  • Line 12: Le Havre Gares <> Etainhus – St-Romain station
  • Line 13: Le Havre Gares <> Étretat Le Grandval
  • Line 21: Montivilliers Gare <> Étretat Le Grandval

Up to 6 bicycles on board buses

On lines 12, 13 and 21, six bicycles can be accommodated on board (4 adults and 2 children). On line 11, two bicycles can be accommodated, the vehicles being smaller (midibus).

This new service is offered at no extra cost to holders of a LiA network transport ticket.

All types of bikes – standard, e-bike, folding or children’s – can be hung using a secure and self-service system subject to availability of places.

As a safety measure for all users, the number of bicycle spaces is limited in vehicles. Access to the bus with your bicycle, even hand-held, cannot be authorized if the racks are already occupied.
