Project pitch to the jury

Fifteen teams responded to the call for territorial innovators. Among these, 7 were selected to present their project to a jury chaired by Jean-Baptiste Gastinne, 1st Vice-President of the Urban Community, Florent Saint-Martin, Vice-President of the Urban Community in charge of Urban Planning, Housing and Higher Education and Patricia Waldron Werner, President of the Development Council of Le Havre Seine Métropole.

Launch of the Pre-incubation Phase

The jury selected 4 projects to be supported in “pre-incubation” (investigation phase) for 3 months within the Digital City by coaches from the ANCT Territorial Incubator and beta.gouv.fr.
The project aimed at encouraging meetings between students and improving the visibility of the cultural and tourist offerings in Le Havre, carried out by several students from La Manu – Ecole Supérieure des Métiers du Numérique – was selected!

A “pre-incubation” phase now begins for the 4 projects selected by the jury, where participants must specify their project and the problem they are trying to address. This investigation stage of several months should allow them to move from the idea to development, in particular by creating a prototype of their solution.
