Founded in Le Havre in the 1960s, the Normandy Educator Training Institute is renowned for its high demands, thorough training courses, and for the quality of the individual support provided to student social workers and in-house trainees.
IFEN offers training courses ranging from level 3 to level 7, preparatory classes, prior learning assessment (VAE) support, as well as several other in-house training courses. IFEN on local, national, and international levels thanks to several long-standing partnerships.

A message from the Director
We have the privilege and responsibility to train about 100 early childhood educators and specialised educators each year. Their entry into working life is made easy by the experience acquired during their sandwich course training and the professional network developed during their studies.
