Caesar dinner, stars in our eyes for our apprentices!

On February 25, 34 Norman apprentices (15 from the Jules Le Cesne high school in Le Havre, 8 from the Georges Baptiste high school in Canteleu and 11 from the Jean-Baptiste Decrétôt high school in Louviers) participated, in the dining room and in the kitchen, in the dinner of the 47th Cesar ceremony which took place at Fouquet's in Paris.

500 place settings served in 1h30!


Being organized, listening and having fun was the wise advice from the room director and the teaching teams. The challenge was taken up by our apprentices who had great apprehension and thought that this action was unattainable.

The Fouquet's team praised the work of the student apprentices, who were able to meet the expectations expected for a service of excellence

The partnership between the establishments and Fouquet's has existed for 9 years. The room director of this renowned establishment, Stéphane Tendero, is the godfather of the BTS Hotel and Catering Management at the Lycée Jules Le Cesne.
