An urban area par excellence, Le Havre has always been the cradle of a rich and avant-garde artistic culture, which the University of Le Havre Normandie has chosen to highlight through a dedicated festival : Impact !
The public space as a place for cultural expression and appropriation is at the heart of the festival's project. Urban culture encompasses a wide range of artistic disciplines, including dance, music, parkour (an acrobatic discipline) and street art, all of which have their roots in the urban environment.
The first edition of the festival will feature demonstrations, hands-on activities and shows.
