Why did you choose Le Havre for your studies?

Elsa: "I grew up in Le Havre. It's a nice town, and we're lucky to have the sea!"

Paul: "I come from Haute-Savoie and I wanted to discover new horizons. I chose Le Havre for its human scale and for the beach. I don't regret it at all - it doesn't rain as much as people say!"

What motivated you to join IFP?

Elsa: "I joined IFP after my baccalaureate. I wanted to do something practical and useful. Nursing training is highly professionalizing, with a real balance between theory and internships."

Paul: "After my first experience in a hospital, I felt I had something to contribute to people in hospital wards. It's a demanding course, sometimes emotionally heavy, but it's a human experience that brings me a lot."

How do you feel about student life in Le Havre?

Elsa: "It's a pleasant town with a beach, green spaces and a modern BU. The beach is a real place to unwind."

Paul: “It's not as dynamic as a big city, but there are some great student nights out, especially in the Volcan district.”

Paul, how did your move to Le Havre go?

Paul: "No difficulties at all. It was very easy to find a place to live, just a 5-minute walk from my school.

Elsa, any special memories or anecdotes?

Elsa: "The karaoke organized by our trainers at the beginning of the year. It was a very convivial moment. We immediately felt the closeness of the teaching team. It got us off to a good start."

Finally, what advice would you give to a future student on your course?

Elsa: "Give your all to your studies. And if you take the wrong path, it's not a big deal. In Le Havre, it's easy to change courses.

Paul: "Getting involved in community life! Being a training delegate has opened a lot of doors for me.
