🎨 Art at the heart of the city

Since its creation in 2017, Un Été Au Havre has invited nationally and internationally renowned contemporary artists to deliver their vision of Le Havre through in-situ creations. This year, the theme of “city movements” will be explored through several striking works:

  • Les cabanes de plage revisitées by Elsa & Johanna, who will propose eight cabanes placed throughout the city, revisited as playful photographic dioramas.
  • Les Portes de Mossoul by Louis-Cyprien Rials, an installation at the Jardins Suspendus evoking the resilience of cities marked by history.
  • Disparues, by ESADHaR student Juliette Hauguel, an engaging work featuring a series of directional signs pointing to fictitious streets named after real-life female figures.

⛵ Les Grandes Voiles du Havre

A highlight of a Summer in Le Havre, Les Grandes Voiles, from July 4th to 7th, 2025, will bring together the world's largest sailing ships. It will offer visitors the chance to visit these giants of the seas and meet their crews before their departure for the Tall Ships Races. This year, around a hundred students from the campus will have the opportunity to embark on the ships for a week of racing.

Nautical demonstrations, concerts, festive entertainment... this event will also be festive!

🎉 A city in celebration

In addition to the artistic installations, Un Été Au Havre will feature exhibitions, shows and events inviting residents and visitors to rediscover the city from a new angle. The MuMa and Le Portique will also be hosting major exhibitions.

☀️ Come and discover urban art and the city in a new light, all summer long!
